This is dutch guy Jan Schenk at the ISDT in 1968 in San Pellegrino (Italy).
He got problems with his carburator...a few inches after the start at day 1...

Jan Schenk was a really Husqvarna-man, he did the ISDT in 1966 in Sweden, becoming gold.
He did also the ISDT 1967 (Polen), 1968 (Italy) with a 8-speed Husqvarna the same as below
and the ISDT in 1969 (Germany)
Later he swithed to KTM, with a KTM he did the ISDT 1973 (USA).
A few years ago he find again 8-speed Husqvarna back in the USA and
restaurated this beautiful 8-speed
