Visiting a Puch-lover

Thursday 30th december we visited Belgian Jean Moonen at his homeplace in Neeroeteren.
Jean has several Puch endurobikes...which he hope to ride in 2012 at the classic events.

Great motorbike-stories from the 70's and 80's when he and his friends (incl. Harry Everts)
have lots of fun at the MX-track the 'Kiezelgroeve' in Neeroeteren.

Thanks Jean!

Nello Fortunato

Last week former Italian Rond-Sachs importer Nello Fortunato died.
He was hit by a truck during a walk with his dog in the city. Nello was 69 years old.
He imported Rond-Sachs, but when the Dutch firm stopped, he build his own bikes: Nello.
Some famous Italian riders like Perego and Gualdi had fun on his bikes.
Later on he worked for KTM & Honda and did some preparations
on engines for the big Dakar.
